Recipe: Gorgonzola Walnut Crostini with Pear Salad
Verdict: tasty. Don’t be disappointed if your Gorgonzola won’t melt. Serve with soup! Preferably butternut squash soup. Add some baby spinach, crushed red pepper, some of the excess caramelized onions, and a dollop of Greek yogurt (or creme fraiche if you’re fancy).
Warning! The crostini gets REALLY crunchy depending on what kind of bread you use (I used ww sourdough).
